Research market and peer movement, industry trends, and factors that could impact the business to ensure that management team will always be updated on business environment with sufficient information for decision making.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish and review strategic direction, strategic plan, risk management and KPIs setting.
Monitor and ensure implementation strategy, performance KPI per committed.
Develop and support the risk management and business continuity management system.
Support on preparation of top management communication disclosure to related stakeholders i.e., Investors, shareholders on company’s operational performance, strategy development and sustainability.
Facilitate weekly management meeting.
Any other duties per assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) / Corporate Strategy / Business Analysis / Strategic Planner
Good analytical, logical, problem solving and systematic thinking skills
Excellent in effective business presentation
Good Time management skills and capability to manage multiple projects at once
Good attention to details and accuracy are essential
Good teamwork, service mind, excellence interpersonal, and outstanding presentation skill
Good command of spoken & written English (TOEIC >700)
Skill in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoints, and Word
