Responsibilities

• Obtain necessary permit for construction (cogeneration & renewable) and operation (cogeneration) phase of company project while coordinating with related stakeholder both of external and internal parties
• Monitor permit license operating process to ensure efficiency, quality of work and all permits will be done within timeline
• Manage and maintain data, necessary document, and file to ensure accuracy and readiness
• Provide and distribute relevant data or document to related internal party as requested
• Analyze and develop executive reports that related to permit and license functions as requested
• Provide guidance and suggestion on the interpretation and application of permit license condition, related regulation and procedures to management, other functions, and subordinates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power field is preferable
• Knowledgeable, understand and experience in Energy Market and Policy or project management or permit license process
• Act as liaison between the company and related license agencies
