Key Responsibilities:
1.Training Program Development:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess training needs and design comprehensive learning programs aligned with the strategic goals of the bank.
- Develop training materials, modules, and curriculum specific to various banking roles, including customer service, risk management, compliance, financial products, etc. (if any)
2.Training Delivery and Facilitation:
- Conduct/facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees, utilizing various instructional methods and techniques.
- Engage participants effectively, ensuring the transfer of knowledge and skills that positively impact job performance.
3.Learning Technology and Tools:
- Evaluate and implement learning management systems (LMS) or other technological solutions to enhance training delivery and accessibility.
- Stay updated with learning technologies and trends to incorporate innovative approaches into training programs.
4.Performance Evaluation and Improvement:
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and metrics analysis.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partner and management to identify areas for improvement and implement adjustments to training strategies accordingly.
5.Compliance and Regulatory Training:
- Ensure that all training programs comply with banking regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Ensure tracking of training related to compliance, ethics, and regulatory of the bank is comply 100%.
6.Training Administration and Documentation:
- Ensure people development budget is well-utilize and reflect program objective and effectiveness of financial balance.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, resources, venues, and training materials.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications in training and development is advantageous.
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in learning and development, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Sound understanding of banking operations, products, services, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong instructional design skills and experience using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in Thai and English, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in training delivery.
