In This Role, You’ll Get To
- Provide analytical insights and advisory services to Business Partners.
- Serve as a project manager and trusted advisor for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and partner satisfaction.
- Contribute to the design and development of data products, such as dashboards, presenting key datasets for performance monitoring.
- Deliver insightful analysis, dashboards, and presentations on People data to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the implementation team to ensure effective communication between data specialists and stakeholders without a technical background.
- Work with all teams to drive efficiencies, optimize processes, and prioritize system enhancements.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytics or strategic role, preferably within a fast-paced e-commerce or tech company, or 2-4 years of experience in a consulting role with multinational company.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proven expertise in data analysis and visualization.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- A prominent level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- An ownership mindset, with the ability to meet tight deadlines, learn and adapt quickly to new challenges.
- The ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Fluent in English
