Provide sales and services on all products oƯered by the Company to Partners/Brokers channels but not limited to phone via inbound/outbound, email, chats, social media and faxes
Coordinate to provide support to Partners with all enquiries and business needed
To address Partner concerns and queries promptly and ensure Partners satisfaction (VOP captured)
Work closely with Partner Relation/Trainer/Manager to provide supports to in-house/online training courses and on-the-job training for Partners as needed.
Attend regular Training to ensure understanding on products and processes
Handle all the Partners/Brokers both inbound/outbound interactions but not limited to leads generation, quotations, sales, Car inspection, claim enquiry, NCD and document verification, customer account maintenance and policy endorsement
Handle credit card details sensibly to complete end to end sales transaction in high compliance manner
Makes contribution to the achievement of retention goals by delivering an excellent service
Handles all Partners/Brokers enquires, problems, and concerns by providing accurate information that is timely and responsive
Educates and directs Partners/Brokers to appropriate delivery channels for sales and service transactions.
Ensures that all Partners/Brokers concerns, and complaints are satisfactorily resolved within agreed service pledge.
Builds long-term relationships with Partners/Brokers by providing “individualized” service.
Anticipates Partners/Broker’s needs, handle complaints and potential problems. Seeks out ways to increase Partners/Brokers satisfaction
To support & implement any ad-hoc business projects as instructed by Line Manager
Handle all ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Line Manager from time to time
To Leads, coaches, develops, supports, and motivates team members to achieve service and operational goals
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a highly customer sales and service driven environment
Thai Nationality is preferable with excellence command of spoken and written English will be advantaged
Prior experiences in Auto Insurance with Non-life broker license will be advantaged
Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, cross-functional team, Customer Focus, Team Player, Creativity, Time Management
Proven work experience as Partners Relationship or relevant role
Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS OƯice
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to business needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation and service minded
Strong verbal and written communication skills
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
