1.Implementation and review function as well as managing the product development process with

oversea suppliers and joint venture.

2.Cooperate with factory to test the new product concepts, gauge satisfaction towards insurance

packages and identify customer insight

3.Initiate new product ideas and manage the requirements to identify market need, market trend,

customer needs, in order to create new product

4.Support the gathering of market intelligence, tracking competitors' products, product movement

in the market and providing analysis as request

5.Identify product positioning and core product competitiveness

6.Ensuring that all assigned products are produced, shipped, assembled and delivered to meet

desired time lines

7.Able to travel aboard
