Manage and optimize local network OT connections and configuration, including configuring switches, routers, and firewalls to ensure stable and secure data flow within the facility
Establish and manage real-time monitoring systems for ASM servers and network devices to continuously assess performance and quickly identify any operational issues
Develop and implement a rapid response protocol for critical network and ASM server failures to minimize downtime and restore functionality swiftly. Lead the effort in fault analysis by coordinating with IT to diagnose and resolve issues using detailed logs and system data to pinpoint problems
Build and maintain strong relationships with ASM vendors to expedite the resolution of system issues, ensuring vendor commitments are met and system integrity is maintained
Create and enforce a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all operation technology systems to ensure consistent performance and prevent unexpected failures. For example, scheduled server hot-swap test
Support the ASM server configurations, including software installations, updates, and security patches to enhance server stability and security
Create and maintain a system to manage various OT hardware and software application credentials and access limits
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and facial recognition surveillance systems to enhance onsite security and operational monitoring
Requirements
Experience at least 5 years for Automation machine eg. Conveyor, Control systems, Mechanical and Control systems
Graduate Automation engineer / Mechatronics engineer or related field
Able to travel up country
