Main Duties & Responsibilities
• To have very good working knowledge of reservations operations at property level.
• To have very good working knowledge of the PMS system (OPERA PMS & HMS PMS)
• To have good working knowledge of SynXis Central Reservation platform and OTA extranets to support properties.
• To ensure data standards are maintained and data is seamlessly connected to the PMS.
• Conduct data entry audit on Reservations and Guest profiles and reach out to properties to correct the data.
• Provide periodical on-line and onsite training of the properties reservations & front office, by improving their knowledge of the system and optimize its usage.
• Support & guide new opening properties systems reservations operations
• Creates and maintains excellent rapport with properties.
• Support Associate Director, Reservation and Distribution Systems team as and when required.
• Report any suggestions, recommendations to management
• Perform other duties that maybe assigned by management.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of Revenue, Reservations, e-Distribution, Front office experience in the hospitality industry.
• Experience in Opera Property Management systems is essential
• Experience in HMS PMS Property Management systems is highly regarded
• Experience in SynXis Central Reservation System is highly regarded
• Experience in Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Thai National preferable, with good English and communication skills.
• Training experience is highly regarded.
• Chinese speak & read is highly regarded
• Travel may be required.
