Position Details
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and manage 360-degree communication plan for platform and top brand campaigns
Coordinate with media owners such as Social Media, CRM, Paid, PR and In-store Communications to ensure comprehensive communication across channels based on sales targets, promotions and market trends
Lead the planning and execution of campaign communication optimization to meet business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Storewide, Category Marketing and Offline Marketing Communications to ensure a streamlined messaging and communication phasing
Support marketing content ideation to increase brand awareness, generate engagement, drive traffic and generate sales
Develop content brief and work with Graphic and Copywriter for effective communication
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a consistent brand voice and identity
Consolidate media performance from channel owners for campaign post-mortem
Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and suggest relevant content to increase engagement and sales opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or communications
Solid experience in marketing communications from brands or media planner from marketing/media agency
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative thinking with an eye for detail and design
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Good command of English and Thai (both verbally and written)
