Position Details
Receive customer requests for Vietnam Airlines services via call center, email, and social media.
Process requests following professional procedures: make bookings, change seats, calculate and quote fares, issue/change/refund tickets; upgrade/downgrade seats; extend ticket validity; reschedule flights; handle flight time change notifications; provide information on products, services, and policies.
Regularly update knowledge of Vietnam Airlines’ policies, regulations, and service information.
Report work results after each shift.
