Responsibilities

• Assist guests with their needs and requests in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club lounge area
• Set up and replenish food and beverage offerings according to established standards
• Monitor and address any issues or concerns raised by guests in a prompt and efficient manner
• Work collaboratively with the club lounge team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on guest satisfaction
