About the role

As an Network Engineer (Intern) - Cloud HM, you will have the opportunity to join our Global Tech Internship Program and gain valuable experience in the field of network engineering. This role is a 100% onsite position, where you will work alongside our experienced network engineering team to support and maintain our cloud infrastructure. As an intern, you will have the chance to learn and contribute to various aspects of network engineering, including network design, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of network infrastructure for our cloud services
• Work with senior network engineers to troubleshoot and resolve network issues
• Monitor network performance and provide recommendations for optimization
• Assist in the configuration and management of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network security and compliance

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, and routing protocols
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
