Manage Network Operation at Client's network environment including Incident/Problem/Change management. Meeting with client in reporting network healthiness and improvement made
Responsible for the workflow and escalations of assigned tickets and problems
Some Of The Primary Duties Include:
Proactive monitoring and analysis
Data Integrity
Technical Lead during Severity 1 & 2 Incidents
Change/EWO review team
Change Implementation
Problem management
RCA analysis
Implement IMAC
Investigate, diagnose and validate incidents upon contact
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 1 year experience in Network Engineer
Ability to work with multi-vendor environment
Experience with network monitoring tools such as OpManager, SolarWind, etc
Familiar with ITIL process
Good to have CCNA/CIPA
