Mixologist

Job Description

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages according to the established menu and guest preferences.
• Create new and innovative cocktails that align with the theme of Bittersweet.
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests to enhance their experience.
• Work collaboratively with the bar and service team to ensure seamless operations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in mixology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a premium restaurant, bar, or hotel.
• Extensive knowledge of various spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail recipes.
• Creative flair and a passion for mixology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant certifications or training in mixology are preferred.
