Merchant Acquisition Strategy Manager
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential merchants across various industries and generate strategy plans.
Pitch and promote payment solutions (e.g., QR payments, POS terminals, payment gateways, e-wallets).
Conduct merchant presentations, demos, and onboarding sessions.
Negotiate commercial terms and close acquisition deals in line with company targets.
Collaborate with the product, IT and operations teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and integration.
Monitor merchant performance and engagement post-onboarding (Merchant Active & Visibility).
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.
Gather market intelligence, BOT policy, Audit process, Acquires and feedback to inform product development and strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development or merchant acquisition, preferably in payments, fintech, or financial services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with payment technologies (e.g., POS, QR, NFC, e-wallets) is a plus.
Fluent in Thai and, English proficiency preferred
