Manage the sales performance and Gross Profit / Operating Income of brands under the portfolio, ensuring alignment with financial targets and business objectives.
Drive the creation of new items, conduct market research and collaborate with suppliers to introduce innovative products that meet customer demand and enhance the product portfolio.
Develop and implement promotion strategies, setting promotional calendars and pricing strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability.
Address and follow up on product concerns and other issues raised by stores, providing timely resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare special reports and tracking mechanisms to monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Plan promotions and negotiate discount sharing with suppliers, maximizing promotional impact while maintaining profitability.
Coordinate with marketing and stores to align merchandising activities with marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing brand visibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelorâs degree in related field.
Proven experience in Consignments merchandising, preferably in the footwear or sportswear industry.
Have great knowledge in products under responsibility.
Have interest in popularity trends and market movement.
Have good English skills.
Have good negotiation skills.
Have good computer skills especially MS Office.
