You develop and execute disease management strategies in alignment with the overall commercial strategy by leveraging deep knowledge in clinical practice to foresee trends and translate the medical value of products into strategies
You collaborate within the Marketing Excellence Team and cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and business growth also lead the Disease Squad Team which may consist of Market Access, MSA, Account Value Partner, Digital or others as relevant
You build and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, healthcare providers, leading scientific institutions, and government agencies, to gather valuable insights that enhance the strategic plan
You monitor and report on the performance of disease management initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as necessary
You ensure adherence to local legislation, divisional policies, principles, and quality standards within the disease management sub-chapter
Who you are:
You hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields with 2+ years of experience in the diagnostics or healthcare industry and knowledge of the diagnostics market in Thailand and the APAC region is preferred
A proficient language skill in Thai and good command of spoken and written English
You understand disease management, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
