Lead in planning and developing media strategies, media touch-point planning, media budgeting and effectiveness analysis via all integrated online, social network, PR, and other online & offline channels by identified strategic and tactical opportunities that clearly defined performance KPI’s according to business goals.
Reasonably plan media budget across various channels and breakdown of the budget for each of the media channels with KPIs, evaluate opportunities for acceptable ROI and ensure budgetary constraints that best fit the goals and KPIs of the campaign.
Collaborated with other internal and external teams in a cross-functional capacity to ensure alignment of campaign objectives and expectations.
Monitoring, analyzing and recommending campaign optimization options to ensure successful campaign delivery to the performance of ongoing campaigns andturning past campaigns results into actionable insights
Keep up-to-date knowledge of best practices, strategies and offerings within the performance driven platforms
Timely present campaign performance and insights to managements and stakeholders
Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of online advertising strategies and tools and techniques, e.g. SEM, Google Ads (including responsive ad, discovery campaign, performance max and YouTube campaign), social networks and email marketing
Experienced with analytics tools and software to monitor digital advertising campaigns e.g. Google Analytics
Minimum 4 years’ experience in media planning
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and interact with multiple internal teams.
Good understanding in digital and programmatic media: Ad Optimize, Pixel, Tracking Code, Trafficking & Analytic.
Strong qualitative analytical skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong creativity, self-motivated, result-oriented, dynamic, initiative mind set, work with passions, positive thinking, well team player.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Flexible and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
