Main Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for brand growth.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, develop, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for digital, print, and social media channels.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Product launches:
- Establish monthly sales forecasts and promotion targets for each promotional campaign.
- Develop comprehensive business plans, marketing strategies, marketing calendars, and oversee new product development initiatives.
- Maintain strong working relationships and coordination with the Operations, R&D, and Finance teams to ensure the proper implementation of marketing plans aligned with the company's short-term and long-term sales and profit growth objectives.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Collaborate among Corporate Marketing, Digital and Brands to identify and establish strategic partnerships to amplify brand visibility and reach.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to inform marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
- Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for food and a keen eye for market trends.
