Position Details
The Day-to-Day Activities
Collaborate with the marketing team to complete campaign briefs.
Lead our media agency on campaign objectives and setup.
Setup operational processes for asset submission and operationalize these processes to enable the teams to have the right campaigns setup.
Build audiences across tools to reach the right people.
Continuously improve and optimize BAU media investment efficiencies across media channels and digital touch points (on and offsite) to design integrated communications plan including campaign orchestration & marketing automation strategy.
Track and monitor performance and provide timely optimization recommendations for campaigns by working closely with country teams and our media agency.
Deliver post-campaign analysis and assessment across the marketing campaign’s with key learning points for improvements related to both media and business impact.
Leverage internal/external data and reporting to analyze trends and provide input and recommendations to improve category performance metrics.
Develop reports, competitors, and market reviews together with partners.
Collaborate with diverse teams ranging from country, product to marketing teams to gather data central to decision making and improve performance marketing.
Develop best practices in relation to campaign management, and product and tool adoption.
Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across the whole of Grab.
Qualifications
The Must-Haves
4 years of paid Digital Marketing experience.
Experience defining metrics and developing reporting/dashboards that are aligned to critical business needs.
Sound understanding of digital metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
Experience in managing dynamic media buy channel operation.
Hands-on experience on Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads manager, and a solid understanding of underlying building blocks (product feed, automation and more).
Keen attention to detail, a high degree of creative problem solving and initiative, must be able to work with limited general supervision.
A/B testing mindset and data-driven.
Self-starter and an exceptional can-do attitude.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced decision-making environment.
Bachelor degree in any field.
Fluency in English.
The Nice-to-Haves
Past experience in industries such as e-commerce and q-commerce.
Past experience with Appsflyer, Programmatic DSPs.
Experience in setting up tracking links, and / or event tracking with tools such as GTM, GA.
Basic experience with SQL.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics/math and tech-related majors.
