Community Building and Engagement: Foster a strong local community of crypto enthusiasts, traders, and influencers. Serve as the face of our brand in the community by actively engaging in conversations and forums, responding to inquiries, and nurturing relationships. Organize and manage local events, meetups, and online sessions to promote brand awareness and drive engagement.
Social Media Management and Content Creation: Develop and implement a content calendar with engaging posts, tweets, and updates across various platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Discord).Create original, informative, and on-brand content that aligns with our mission, including articles, infographics, and videos. Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and emerging topics in crypto to incorporate relevant and timely content.
Influencer and Partner Relations: Identify, recruit, and collaborate with local influencers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and community leaders to increase brand exposure. Develop partnerships with other crypto or blockchain-related brands, communities, and media to expand our reach.
Ground-Level Market Activation: Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, such as booths at local crypto events, sponsorships, and guerilla marketing campaigns. Distribute promotional materials, manage logistics, and handle on-site coordination for local events and activities.
Market Insights and Analytics: Conduct research on local crypto market trends, competitors, and user behavior to tailor our marketing strategies. Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of local campaigns, social media metrics, and community feedback to inform future strategies.
Customer Support Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for community-related issues, and work closely with customer support to resolve inquiries. Collect and relay community feedback to product and support teams to improve the user experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in crypto, fintech, or tech industry marketing, community building, or social media management.
Understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, market trends, and blockchain technology.
Proven experience with social media platforms, digital content creation, and community management.
Bilingual English/Thai is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with social media and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics)
Experience with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) would be a plus.
Active participant in crypto communities, with a personal presence in relevant forums, Telegram groups, or Discord channels.
Strong network within the local crypto scene or tech community.
