Position Details
Responsibilities:
Integrates marketing strategy to ensure alignment with business direction
Lead strategy development and also the execution deployed from business direction
Manage and prioritize strategy implementation by rationalize business impact and to ensure target achievement.
Provide consultant, resolve issues and build marketing teams’ capabilities to efficient deliver marketing analysis, strategic formulation, planning and also successful execution.
Function budgeting and monitoring across marketing teams.
Lead team in strengthening customer interaction for innovation & sustainable business together with building network & connection with key influencers and industry leaders in focused segments.
Prioritize NPD/NAD project in product portfolio to ensure resource optimization in serving business target
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, etc.
Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
More than 10 year experience in marketing field
Good command of English (TOEIC > 550)
Knowledge in channel management, marketing planning and trade/consumer promotions.
Communications, presentation, organizing and planning skills
Experience in leading and managing market analysis and custom research
