Key Responsibilities:
- Development & Configuration: Build, test, and deploy marketing automation workflows, campaigns, and processes within Salesforce.
- Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance.
- Campaign Management: Support the marketing team in the creation, launch, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are technically flawless.
- Data Management: Maintain data integrity, segment lists, and perform regular database cleansing.
- Reporting & Analysis: Develop custom reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance, and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign performance and user behavior to recommend strategies and tactics for optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, IT, and Sales teams to ensure that the Salesforce platform supports all business requirements.
- Up-to-date with Trends: Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, ensuring that the company leverages new capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Salesforce, particularly within the Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices.
- Proficient in AMPscript, SQL, and other Salesforce-specific languages.
- Familiarity with API integrations.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Salesforce certification(s) related to Marketing Cloud.
· Experience in other marketing automation platforms/tools.
· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
