Developing and implementing repair and maintenance procedures, monitoring the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, priorities spending to achieve timeliness, reliability, and safety standards
Coaching and mentoring technician and assisting to diagnose more complex problems with machinery or equipment problems
Evaluating, selecting as well as manage relationships with external contractors to minimize costs and ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service
Supervising team members to ensure that assigned tasks be completely done by meeting operational standard
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Engineering field
Minimum 5years working experience of operation/ production field in manufacturing industry
Has management experience in supervisor level at least 3 years
High leadership skill
Good English communication skill
