Optimize parts storage to facilitate efficient put-away, shipping, and space utilization. Plan, coordinate and assist with execution of redesign and redevelopment of optimal warehouse storage practices. Responsible for Packaging design. Verify and validate supplier’s packaging proposal.
- Cooperate with local & international suppliers to design packaging and supply to manufacturing process in good quality and trial packaging work with other area to approval the packaging standard.
- Logistic cost analyst and improvement to both processes, packing and transportation as requirement.
- Design the suitable delivery method as manufacturing process to align with the production line.
- Design supply method for new model and current model improvement.
- Design and optimize warehouse layout which can further improving the effectiveness of operation process and production volume.
- Prepare warehouse and logistic facility for new model.
- Set up parameter in material handling system for all assigned projects.
- Study and improve current logistics facility to support new model.
- Support the implementation in project management, procedure development, KPI Development and general.
- To manage and control Logistics system to comply with related other data system.
