Livestream Operations Intern
Responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound inquiries from creative agencies whom may want to develop partnership with us
2. Provide high-standard translations of written materials
3. Participate in user research and interaction studies to understand customer needs, motivations, and behaviors and translate them into actionable deliverables
4. Collaborate and work closely with internal & external teams to align campaign materials (Eg. Creative Idea, key message, tagline, key visual brief...) and provide assistance for a variety of projects
5. Ensure daily workflow tasks are completed within designated timelines.
Qualifications
Minimum qualification
1. Actively enrolled university students who are able to commit to the role for a minimum of 3 months to 6 months.
2. Strong communication and written skills in English.
Preferred Qualification
1. Good understanding of trending topics & social content products, hunger for ideas, and can-do attitude.
2. Ability to multi-task, capable in taking initiatives and collaborating effectively in a team setting.
3. Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly, able to work in a fast-paced and international environment.
