Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1) Learning Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in educational technology and instructional design.
2) Instructional Design:
- Design and develop engaging and interactive learning experiences using various instructional methodologies.
- Create detailed instructional materials, including eLearning modules, instructional videos, job aids, and other learning resources.
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies to deliver and manage learning content.
3) Curriculum Development:
- Develop and organize comprehensive curriculum plans that support various learning objectives.
- Ensure that learning materials are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
4) Project Management:
- Manage multiple learning projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and objectives.
5) Evaluation and Improvement:
- Develop and implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Analyze feedback and assessment data to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously refi ne and enhance learning solutions based on evaluation results and learner feedback.
6) Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other departments, including Human Resources, IT, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of learning initiatives.
- Provide training and support to facilitators and instructors.
- Communicate learning strategies and outcomes to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning
- and Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design and the development of learning solutions.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
