Position Details
Responsbilities
Engage and empower Nestlé's workforce to better collaborate and communicate by facilitation teamwork and enabling effective information sharing.
Encourage employee to adapt tools into their work to increase productivities and experiences.
Provide easy to use innovative, secure and reliable devices from phones and tablets to desktops, laptops and printers that facilitate digital experience for different types of employees anywhere from any device.
Provide point of contact to support any drive the best employee experience and manage the release plan and control of system changes as well as IT crisis management to maintain business critical services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred
Extensive project management experience
Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English and Thai
Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
