Qualifications
- University degree, in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education or a related field.
- Have a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
- At least have 8 years experiences in Learning & Development
- Strong project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and presentation skills, sharp business acumen
- Ability to build rapports with employees and vendors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members and learners
- Enthusiasm for change and adaptability to rapidly changing environment
- Systematic HR functional understanding, ideally in Mobility
- Developed knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment, especially as it relates to Mobility
- Demonstrated project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation
- Possess exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationship with stakeholders and collaborating effectively across departments
- Excelence skill in MS office.
Responsibilities
Learning and Development Strategy & Planning
- Develop the learning and development strategies to drive initiatives to shape the Thailand Learning Culture and Employee’s Learning Agility, cultivate growth mindset and build a continuous learning culture in the workplace.
- Partner with GAP and HRBP to lead Competency / skills matrix, person assessment and competency gap analysis. Come-up with organization-wide development and/or customized development for teams to close the gaps.
- Partner with the Line leaders and HRBPs to conduct the organizational and training analysis to understand the functional development needs, then create the training calendar / plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel their roles
Learning and Development Tactical and Implementations
- Establish and implement the Thailand Training Calendar, including deployment of compliance training, Leadership Training and GAP training calendars.
- Deploy the Glico Academy: Commercial, HR, Finance, Manufacturing including the Plant Skill Matrix and other functions.
- Assess and evaluate the success of development plans including effectiveness of the program, and make improvements where required.
- Delivering training to various parts of the business and working with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training session. Implementing various learning methods companywide i.e. coaching, online training etc.
- Build Thailand L&D Infrastructure i.e. Internal trainer certification, e-learning, learning agility culture, and ROI ensuring sustainability and continuous of knowledge sharing in Thailand.
- Track and control the training budgets utilization
- Responsible on accuracy of the training record, training metrics and statutory reports submission to authorities.
