Provide hands-on leadership for managing Quality Assurance team, mentoring QA team members on quality assurance best practices, methodologies and frameworks to help them develop their skills and careers
Removing roadblocks and recognizing the power of autonomy and ownership of each individual contributor in their teams
Champion quality practices within a team or within the organization
Collaborating with project stakeholders to define testing objectives and deliverables.
Developing and overseeing testing procedures, test plans, and scripts.
Identifying and documenting defects and working with the development team for resolution.
Lead the team to not only assist with testing, but also investigate complicated production issues, and work on the product directly
Manage Hybrid team with a mix of in-house and outsource ensuring the deliverable result is in high quality standard and strictly well follow security policy.
Works closely with internal and customer teams to understand business requirements, coordinate testing activities, and communicate test results
Lead test team in validating thorough testing, ensuring that project goals are met
