Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of test methodology, test approach, test scenario, and test script and document for test execution
• Development test scenario, and test script and document for test execution
• Analyze business requirements, product visions and roadmap, and technical specifications in development to define test approach
• Conduct test execution, coordinate with related teams, and document test result summary
• Estimate timeline and effort for test execution
• Lead the investigation and analysis of issue's or incident's root cause, short-term/long-term solutions
• Support product development and project implementation activities in testing, monitoring, identifying area of enhance for stability/availability
• Support operational incident raises through service desk team and perform troubleshooting
• Continuously improve productivity of test execution.
• Coordinate with related parties to perform the activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or IT related fields
• At least 5 years’ experience in QA and testing
• Experience in managing subordinator
• Understand testing concept and basic testing technique
• Experience as QA in Agile development is a plus
• Experience in automated testing is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Can do attitudes with good service mind
• Able to work as team and individual
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written in English is a plus
