Responsible for supervising and leading a team of Key Account Management / Brand Key Account Management
Drive performance of all Key Account Managements within responsibility on dimensions including commercial performance, seller relationship, social media engagement, internal tools, systems, and special projects, etc.
Develop industry-leading relationships with external key account contacts in order to ensure that the business receives constant leads on potential key sellers
Work to create cross-functional engagements and understandings with necessary departments
Negotiating deals with key sellers/brands and working with marketing to develop matching initiatives to boost revenues
Ensure correct and timely completion of team member’s performance report
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business or related fields
Ideally 2-4 years of working experience preferably in business development, sales or account management
People management skills and experience taking care of a team
Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Experience in E-commerce is a plus
Result-oriented, self-driven, and strong negotiation skills
