Responsible for managing customers in terms of developing and implementing sales, merchandising and promotions
Developing excellent long-term partnerships and relationships with all key customers to maximize business growth potential and customer satisfaction
Ensure that customer system and processes are mapped with PCG’s, in order to have smooth operationswith less error
Manage all promotions & activities to maximize sales and in line with budget
Ensure and implement the customer POP aligned with our brand strategy to: new products, assortment, pricing, merchandising and promotion
Negotiate yearly trading terms with customer in line with annual business plan targets and budget
Manage Budget and expenditure
Review and update business performance, strengthen relationship, perform cooperative store problem solving, new products and product detail alteration, promotion propositions, settle trade expenses and gain competitor information

Thai Nationality, age between 25-35 years old
Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administrative, Marketing or related field
At least 2 years work experience in Modern Trade channel
Good command of English
Good negotiation and presentation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Analytical thinking and able to work under pressure
Flexible to travel or work in both Bangkok and up-countries area
