Key Account Manager - PCB industries

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to

• To deliver successful sales result to achieve business target
• Management of selected strategic and key accounts in Thailand for PCB industries cross all applications
• Build long term and strong partnerships with them while develop relationship of trust at all levels of the account(s)
• Become the natural first contact for the account(s) for requests and new developments or quality related items such as complaints or customer required specifications.
• Develop key account plans & implement account strategy
• Find new potential Customers development and/or expanding business sales to existing accounts, predict and analyze customer needs, values and trends in several market segments
• Identify new impactful opportunities for existing and new products and offerings through interaction with potential Customers at all levels, driving it to rapid success.
• Communicate product benefits and make appropriate recommendations, help customers understand the potential uses for ICS products and the corresponding value for their organizations
• To work closely with regional cross function teams & customers to do well communication internally & externally to grow Thailand business

Job Qualification:

Education

• BS or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related Science/Engineering Degree

Skills and competencies:

• At least 10 years sales/marketing/engineering experience especially in electronic industry related products. Experience in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) or Flexible Circuit Board (FPC) industry would be plus.
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication both in oral and writing
• Good communication in Thai language would be plus.
• Ability to work independently and teamwork.
• Ability to take initiative, identify problems and suggest solutions.
• Willing to travel within Thailand & abroad.
