Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the evaluation of cloud strategy and architecture.
• Collaborate with the developer and application architect teams to design and provision cloud environments.
• Responsible for generating scripts and templates required for the automatic provisioning of resources.
• Provide a reliable, scalable multi-cloud platform (AWS/GCP) that supports our business goals.
• Participates in incident triage and helps in relevant issue troubleshooting.
• Manage SaaS platforms outside the cloud platform such as Git repository, Cloudflare, and other services related to our cloud architecture.
• Research new technology and Innovate automation to support day-to-day cloud operation.
• Provide support in knowledge or technical domain to every team with their activity related to the cloud platform.

Essential Skills & Prerequisites:

• A positive, can-do attitude naturally expresses a high degree of empathy for others.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with IT operations and cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems that relate to cloud technologies.
• Experience in building multi-tier Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) applications.
• Experience in building and running mission-critical platform setups with high availability, high-scale, and performance systems.
• Strong Technical Knowledge and skill in AWS/GCP, and other platforms is a plus.
• Experience with container technologies and container orchestration platforms, such as Kubernetes, EKS, ECS, etc.
• Strong knowledge and technical skills in Networking, Linux, Apache, VPN, RDBMS, and NoSQL operations as its architecture to the cloud.
• Experience with infrastructure as a code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Programming and scripting skills, such as Java, Go, Python, Groovy, etc.
• Good communication, collaboration, and Interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest and ability to learn any new technical topic.
