Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Partnership Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for driving corporate and hotel partnership sales, managing client relationships, and expanding business opportunities in key locations across Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Contact, negotiate, and close deals with corporate clients and hotel partners.
• Identify and analyze potential corporate accounts to propose tailored partnership solutions.
• Build, manage, and maintain long-term partner relationships, ensuring mutual success. • Oversee the sales of packages and services, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and contract compliance, providing regular reports and insights.
• Expand and manage hotel partnerships in major destinations: Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya, and Hua Hin.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for partners and clients.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in hospitality, wellness, or B2B services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills and target-driven mindset.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
