Advance troubleshooting for related portion both Tradition and New Technology of Server HW and related portion for Customer environment
Gathering user requirements and coordinate with operation team, implementation team and related parties to deliver service to customer.
Assist in planning, design, research, acquisition of new or upgrade hardware and software configuration.
Acting as technical resources in assisting IT Specialist or customer to resolve problem of equipment and data. Recommends modifications as necessary of hardware and software to customers.
Maintain current knowledge of hardware, software, network technology and network security from not only Fujitsu products but also 3rd party hardware and software products.
Manage schedule and co-ordination with customer for Change Management operation.
Produce document as required in regular work of Service Management department.
Working as outsource service at customer office upon agreement between Fujitsu and customer.
Co-ordinate with Pre-sale technical team to provide solution or service for new project opportunity.
Work follows Incident Management and Change Management Process with customer procedure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT or related.
At least 8 years’ experience in IT Operation System, Infrastructure system.
Strong knowledge in two or more infrastructure technologies (Server HW, OS - Solaris, AIX, Linux, Red Hat, Windows, Hypervisor - VMWare, OVM, OLVM, Hyper-V, KVM, Others - Commvault, Dell backup, NetApp storage, and Zabbix).
Experience in system development projects are benefits.
Experienced in team management with at least three members.
Able to create and manage small projects using team resources.
Experience in public or private cloud will be advantages.
Experience in the automotive manufacturing business will be an advantage.
Business & IT strategy experience.
Ability to multi-task and good at systematic problem-solving technique.
Customer-focused mindset.
Service-minded and interpersonal skills.
Good English communication in both verbal and written.
