NPI:

• BOM and Assembly Drawing validation and approval
• Assembly tooling reviews, approval and validation
• Mechanical DFM reviews and negotiate with R&D to closure
• Proto readiness
• Support first build
• Post build reviews follow up with issue resolution
• Yield monitoring and continuous improvement

Quality:

• Coordinate and active participant in regular Quality Working Group
• Problem solving, issue resolution and corrective action – PCBA, and mechanical assembly

Sustaining:

• Audit EMS for Technical requirement
• Write and/or approve ECO’s and Deviations
• Metal qualifications for new vendors
• Field return - failure mode analysis and drive corrective action

Key Skills And Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in electromechanical assembly
• Proficient with Microsoft - Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams – Valor viewer, and Creo would be a bonus
• Excellent written and oral communicator, fluent in English, and Thai
