1. Control the implementation of work processes according to financial process standards to elevate the work standards of all processes in the finance department.
2. Prepare the budget for expenses and allocate various expenditure items.
3. Manage the cash flow and financial liquidity efficiently.
4. Plan, oversee, and develop data entry systems for financial data in the NAV financial accounting software, ensuring accurate input.
5. Prepare financial status documents for the company to provide accurate and timely information to management and the board of directors.
6. Oversee the preparation of financial details, shareholder reports, and management reports for decision-making purposes.
7. Plan human resource management in financial operations, initiate process changes to align with business growth plans.
8. Supervise process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and adapt to various changes while working under pressure.
9. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for presentation to management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to keep them informed of the company's financial status
10. Coordinate loan requests with financial institutions and verify various documents for loan disbursement.

คุณสมบัติหลัก

1. Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
2. Have at least 8 years of experience in finance, particularly in the real estate business (Have experience in the banking would be advantage).
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
4. Able to use accounting software effectively.
5. Confidence, leadership qualities, and a strong sense of responsibility.
6. Detail-oriented, quick, and accurate.
7. Capable of working as part of a team.
8. Knowledge and understanding of accounting standards.
9. Knowledge of legal and tax regulations.
10. Able to work well under high-pressure situations.
