Key responsibilities:

• Proactively seek potential clients, identify opportunities, develop proposal, and pitch for new business
• Establish partnership and manage relationship with clients and partners
• Provide necessary analysis for crafting new strategic direction, business model, and growth strategy
• Research and develop recommendation for solution offering
• Manage execution of transactions (perform extensive due diligence, conduct valuation or feasibility studies, develop financial model, negotiate terms and structures, and prepare necessary documentation for internal and SEC approval)
• Work with related teams to execute and ensure achievement to project goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Investment
• Advance financial modeling and presentation with in-depth financial and business analysis skill
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and handle pressure with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate teamwork, leadership and great interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills both written and spoken in Thai and English and networking skills
• Can-do attitude and drive for success
• Experience in investment banking or working with financial product
• Knowledge in digital asset, cryptocurrency, blockchain will be an advantage
