Credit Facility Management:
- Oversee the company's short-term and long-term credit facilities.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure favorable credit terms.
- Monitor and evaluate credit facility agreements to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Maintain and improve the company’s financial credit position by managing relationships and providing good communication on the company credit story to the banks and investors
Funding and Financing:
- Develop and implement strategies for short-term and long-term financing to meet the company’s capital needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to determine funding requirements and to support on optimal financing structures, financing products, and financing features with terms and conditions.
- Prepare and present financial proposals for funding approvals.
Bond Issuance and Management:
- Lead the process of issuing bonds, including preparation of documentation and coordination with legal and financial advisors.
- Monitor bond market trends and manage the company's bond portfolio.
Credit Rating Management:
- Maintain and improve the company’s credit rating by managing relationships and providing good communication on the company credit story to credit rating agencies.
- Prepare, coordinate with others, and submit required documentation for credit rating evaluations.
- Analyze and implement recommendations from credit rating agencies to enhance the company’s creditworthiness.
Project Planning and Leadership:
- Lead projects related to funding and credit facilities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct and co-ordinate with others on financial analysis to support funding decisions and credit facility management.
- Prepare detailed reports on the company’s credit facility status, financing activities, and credit ratings for senior management.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with credit facilities and funding activities.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure robust risk management practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar (preferred).
- Experience in credit facility management, banking, or corporate finance.
- Proven experience in managing short-term and long-term financing, including bonds and credit ratings.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and credit risk assessment.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
