Position Details
Phối hợp với đơn vị vận chuyển (forwarders, carriers, hãng tàu, hàng không…) để sắp xếp lộ trình vận chuyển hàng hóa. Coordinate with logistics partners (forwarders, carriers, shipping lines, airlines) to plan shipment routes.
Lựa chọn phương thức vận chuyển tối ưu (đường biển, hàng không, đường bộ). Select the most effective transport mode (sea, air, road).
Theo dõi và giám sát quá trình vận chuyển, đảm bảo tuân thủ tiến độ. Monitor shipments to ensure they proceed according to schedule.
Chuẩn bị và kiểm tra chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu: hợp đồng, hóa đơn thương mại, packing list, vận đơn (B/L, AWB), CO, giấy kiểm dịch, tờ khai hải quan,… Prepare and verify export-import documents: contracts, commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading (B/L, AWB), certificates of origin (C/O), quarantine certificates, customs declarations, etc.
Đảm bảo chứng từ đầy đủ, chính xác và tuân thủ quy định của các quốc gia liên quan. Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with all relevant international regulations.
