Create, develop, and manage content across multiple Chinese Social Media platforms such as Weibo, Red (Xiaohongshu), Douyin etc. to maximize brand exposure.
Conduct content analysis and optimize performance.
Engage and interact with customers across different Chinese social media platforms, collaborating with various teams to ensure timely responses and effective communication.
Support the new Social Media Channel entries such as organizing processes, documentation, content plan, and others.
Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure the smooth and timely execution of Social Media Campaigns.
Remain updated with social media trends in China.
Any other tasks assigned.
Qualifications
Strong (written and verbal) communication skills in Chinese and English is a must.
Skills in photo editing tools such as Canva and Lightroom.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or any related field.
Demonstrate the ability to understand key social media trends or topics.
Strong proofreading and editing skills.
Ability to write catchy content in Chinese
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.
A keen eye for details.
