Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities
1. Act as an expert in TikTok Shop Marketing Solutions, optimizing TikTok Shop marketing advertisement tools to achieve optimal results.
2. Manage all facets of TikTok Ads campaigns, including planning, execution, monitoring, andoptimization.
3. Assist in coordinating and implementing Ads marketing strategies, delegating tasks to achieve strategic goals.
4. Review and provide direction to the op&VDO team for Ads content development.
5. Control the overall flow and output of the project, perform account operations and daily data monitoring in the ADS module, judge the reasons based on data performance and continuously optimize, and be responsible for the result data.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field. (Marketing or Communication)
2. Fluent in English.
3. Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar field.
4. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
5. In-depth knowledge of advertising logic and algorithms. (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, or any local social media ads)
6. Proven experience with TikTok Ads platforms would be a plus
7. Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel/Google Data Studio
8. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the performance marketing field.
9. Experience in developing marketing campaigns, reviewing creatives, and directing creative partners.
10. Continuous learning ability, with a passion for TikTok Shop and Tiktok Ads research and learning.
