Human Resources Business Partner
Zalo is seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Business Partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solution
Partner with BU Leaders to design and executive effective and engaging people strategies. Participate in strategic workforce planning, org design, and capacity planning;
Identify, develop current and future-ready capability requirements within assigned functions;
Ensure that best talents are attracted, retained, developed, and succeeded across the functions. Lead innovative HR solutions to address current talent concerns/issues;
Work with other HR Functions to develop effective HR solutions to meet business needs in areas such as recruitment, reward, talent, performance management and learning;
Provide in-depth advice and guidance to team leader on strategic HR policies and procedures to ensure they are supported in their decisions and roles as people managers;
Oversee HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of core processes such as onboarding, off-boarding, probation review, and other employee lifecycle activities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, HR or Economics;
At least 6 years of experiences in HR Management/ HRBP/ HR General;
Strong engagement, ability to build relationship, trust, influence others and advanced communication skills;
Strong problem solving, analytical skills.
