Team Leader - Talent Acquisition Business Partner
What you will do
Lead and coordinate all recruitment activities for Product and ITC teams to fulfill hiring needs aligned with the company’s growth strategy;
Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies targeting Tech and Product roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes;
Manage and mentor a small recruitment team, providing direction, support, and performance coaching;
Proactively build and maintain strong networks and connections within the technology and product talent market;
Direct sourcing efforts across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, job fairs, and professional communities, to attract top-tier candidates;
Serve as the primary liaison with external recruitment partners such as agencies, universities, and online platforms;
Collaborate closely with internal HR teams to enhance the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), optimize recruitment processes, and improve reporting efficiency;
Represent the recruitment team in HR initiatives and support employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns;
Provide regular updates and data-driven reports on recruitment performance to the HRBP Manager and other stakeholders;
Lead or participate in key recruitment projects to improve hiring efficiency, candidate experience, or process innovation.
What you will need
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 1–2 years of experience leading a small recruitment team or managing large-scale recruitment projects;
Solid hands-on experience recruiting for Tech and Product positions; background in Fintech, Finance, or Technology companies is a strong plus;
Established network and strong connections within the Tech and Product talent market;
Proven track record of successfully delivering recruitment projects or campaigns;
Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills;
Growth mindset with a proactive, learning-oriented, and result-driven approach;
Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
