HR Intern

Job Description

As a P&G HR Intern, you´ll directly take significant and impacting responsibilities as of Day 1. You will be in charge for real-life projects.

You'll be part of a team in which trust, team spirit, real passion for winning and leadership are very important. Your manager will also be able to provide coaching and help you wherever needed, which will ensure a fast-learning pace.

Your role as a HR Intern

• Responsibilities as of Day 1 – you will feel the ownership of digitalized projects.

Job Qualifications

• Undergraduates that can work full-time from August 2025.

• Basic skills in automation tools (e.g., Excel VBA, Power Automate).

• Knowledge of data analytics (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to interpret and visualize HR metrics.

• Creative and open mindset with a flair for designing engaging campaigns.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive attitude.

• Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and drive innovation and business growth

• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
