Position Details
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Management:
- Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS software, ensuring data integrity, security, and system functionality.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users regarding HRIS-related inquiries and issues.
- Stay updated on system upgrades and new features, assess their potential impact, and implement necessary changes or enhancements.
Data Management:
- Manage employee data within the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and other personnel changes.
- Develop and maintain data standards, protocols, and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Generate custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR metrics and trends for decision-making purposes.
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system automation and integration with other business systems.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows.
Digital Tools Empowerment:
- Design & Conduct training sessions and workshops to onboard new users and provide ongoing support for existing users.
- Lead the implementation of digital tools to enhance HR capabilities, such as RPA, PowerBI for data analysis and reporting.
- Design & Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower HR staff in using new digital tools effectively.
- Develop user manuals, training materials, and support mechanism for HRIS and other digital tools.
Organization Development:
- Assist in the management of SEA region's Organization Structure.
- Assist in the SEA region's Annual Budget Headcount planning
- Facilitate SEA region's KPI setting & evaluation, keeping track on monthly basis
- Main contact for the SEA region's Authority Approval management
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Required proficiency in both written and spoken English and Thai.
- Minimum proven experience of 0-4 years working in the Technical Project Management or HR Organization Management.
- Experience with advance digital tools/data analytics is a plus (RPA, Power platforms, SQL...)
- HRIS software, such as Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems knowledge is a plus
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams with Technical & non-Technical background and present complex information in a clear and concise manner. (URS => SRS)
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
