Position Details
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Devise commercial strategy and online brand plan for selected brands, covering assortment, pricing, marketing, campaigns, and promotions to achieve sales targets, customer acquisition goals, and maintain GP, budget, and P&L alignment with KPIs.
Oversee marketplace stores, including product management, campaigns, & promotions, ensuring compliance with platform standards and optimizing overall store operations.
Collaborate with Central category heads on assortment and inventory management, brand guidelines, and pricing in coordination with merchandising teams.
Develop and execute digital & performance marketing strategies and manage e-commerce budgets to drive traffic, sales, and optimize spending across channels for maximum ROI.
Understand and uphold each brand’s essence and guidelines to maintain brand equity while driving sales.
Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting impact, key learnings, and improvement opportunities to the management team.
Manage good relationships with key stakeholders, including operations, finance, graphic design, and other relevant teams.
Support project management efforts as part of the strategy team, ensuring timely and efficient execution of assigned tasks and initiatives.
Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related roles (experience in a commercial role at Lazada or Shopee is a plus)
Proficiency with numbers and strong analytical skills, with the ability to track performance and make data-driven decisions
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently while coordinating with various stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a can-do attitude, hands-on approach, and commitment to continuous improvement
Professional proficiency in Thai and English, both verbal and written
