Marketing Motorcycle Loan Executive (Management Level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage marketing strategies for motorcycle financing to meet customer needs and expand the customer base.
• Create result-driven marketing campaigns and increase awareness of the company’s motorcycle loan services.
• Collaborate with various teams such as the sales and customer service departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to gather insights for updating and optimizing marketing strategies.
• Oversee the evaluation of marketing performance and report the success of various campaigns to senior management.
• Manage the brand and corporate image in terms of finance and motorcycle loan services.
• Plan long-term marketing strategies including developing flexible loan programs that are tailored to the target customer segment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of executive-level experience in marketing or loan services.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the motorcycle loan industry or related financial services.
• Skills in planning and developing marketing strategies, with a focus on results and customer base expansion.
• Expertise in team management and coordinating across different departments.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analyzing data from campaigns effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A vision for driving growth and developing the business in the long term.
• Experience in the automotive loan industry or financial services will be considered a plus.
